True North stagehands specialize in concerts and festival setup. True North stagehands are better paid and better trained. Our management team is actively on the ground, working side by side with the other employees ensuring that the client has an easy outlet to communicate any modifications or concerns. True North strives to have constant staff at repeat venues to help speed the process due to familiarity, saving the client time and money. We will reach out to each client after their event, looking for feedback to help tailor our service to the client’s future needs.
